Peerless Research Group (PRG), a division of Peerless Media, LLC, in conjunction with Logistics Management and Modern Materials Handling magazines, has released its 2014 Warehouse & Distribution Center Equipment and Technology Survey, the clearest look available at how U.S. companies are planning to invest in warehouse and distribution center (DC) equipment and technology over the next 12 months.
Conducted by PRG on behalf of Logistics Management and Modern Materials Handling magazines, the survey measures current usage and investment plans for materials handling equipment and technology; utilization and optimization of manufacturing and warehousing operations; best practices currently employed in management of materials handling organizations; and the current purchase decision processes for materials handling solutions.

PRG fielded the survey in December 2013 and tabulated the feedback from 412 qualified logistics professionals who are involved in the purchase decision process for materials handling solutions inside their organization’s warehouse and DC operations.
